This free R Workshop is mentored by Kevin O'Brien and will be held in University of Limerick.
Please note: There will be no catering, people will be going for Lunch and Coffee in the Pavillion.
The breakdown of this workshop is:-
- A quick introduction to R and Jupyter notebooks.
- Working with dplyr and tidyr
- Using ggplot
- (if we get to it) things like lubridate, stringr and ggvis
Requirements:
- Bring your laptop.
- A working web browser, e.g. Chrome.
- We will be working with Jupyter Notebooks - try.jupyter.org
- Install the latest version of R - https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/
- Install the latest version of RStudio - https://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/
