A list of recommendations of podcasts hosted by female presenters or sometimes featuring female presenters via a mailing list I'm subscribed to called DevChix. Check them out if you haven't already, great resources, helpful advice, tech news, and so on.

Here's the list of Women in Tech podcasts I have so far. I will try and update them when I come across more:
